By accessing or using AnimePolls (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your region) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) User Content & Comments

You retain ownership of content you post (comments, text). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and moderate that content in connection with the Service. We may remove or moderate content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4) Likes, Votes & Rankings

Reactions (likes, votes) are intended for legitimate, non-manipulative use. Automated, coordinated, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited. We may reverse, adjust, or hide counts to protect integrity.

5) Prohibited Conduct

Do not: (a) harass or abuse others; (b) post illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit material; (c) spam or run scams; (d) attempt to hack, scrape at scale, or disrupt service; (e) impersonate others; (f) circumvent rate limits or security.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service design, trademarks, and original content are owned by AnimePolls or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reuse brand assets without permission.

7) Copyright / DMCA

If you believe material on AnimePolls infringes your copyright, email a notice to hello@npolls.com with: (i) your contact info, (ii) the copyrighted work, (iii) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing content, and (iv) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We may remove or disable access and notify the poster.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rankings and opinions reflect community input and editorial judgment and may be changed or removed at any time.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimePolls and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the Service.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnimePolls and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where our service is operated. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the competent courts of that venue unless local consumer law provides otherwise.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If material changes are made, we’ll post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
